Where It Started
TESI began as the ICT arm of the Transnational Diversified Group (TDG), a Philippine conglomerate whose roots in logistics, shipping, and travel stretch back nearly five decades.
As TDG’s businesses grew more complex, so did their need for systems that could keep pace — custom applications to manage cargo, crews, bookings, and back-office operations at scale. That challenge became TESI’s founding purpose: build the technology that keeps a demanding, fast-moving business group running.

TESI’s next chapter began when it became a wholly owned subsidiary of EasyCall Communications Philippines, Inc. (PSE: ECP), a publicly listed leader in enterprise IT and managed connectivity. The partnership gave TESI a broader platform — cloud communications, cybersecurity, and satellite connectivity — to build on, while staying true to its roots as a hands-on enterprise development partner.
